A shared industrial production site giving Space BioDistrict companies direct access to laser powder bed fusion, post-processing, metrology and qualification, without each team financing its own machine park.

Laser powder bed fusion

Multi-laser LPBF systems for Ti-6Al-4V, AlSi10Mg, Scalmalloy®-class alloys, Inconel 718/625 and stainless 316L, with build volumes suited to brackets, manifolds, bioreactor housings and structural payload parts.

Topology optimisation, lattice and conformal channel design, support strategy, build simulation and distortion compensation before a single layer is fused.

Stress relief and vacuum heat treatment, HIP routing, wire EDM part removal, 5-axis CNC finishing, surface and abrasive flow machining, passivation and cleanroom-grade cleaning.
