A shared environmental test site for district companies: thermal vacuum, vibration and shock, electronics and EMC, thermal cycling and functional validation, sequenced as one campaign on one site.

Thermal vacuum chambers

TVAC campaigns down to high vacuum with shrouds for thermal cycling, bake-out and outgassing screening, plus thermal balance runs against the flight thermal model.

Electrodynamic shaker tables for sine, random and sine-burst profiles in three axes, with resonance surveys, shock response spectrum testing and modal characterisation.

Sine, random and shock profiles are run in three axes with resonance surveys before and after each environment, so a change in structural signature is caught on the table rather than in orbit.
